1. In Reports page, the transaction details can be viewed and sent to other admins or users within the organization as needed.
There are two types of reports viz. Standard Reports and Custom Reports..
2.Standard reports provide reports related to transaction details. This is default report format at present.
3.Standard reports can be downloaded in .csv format by using the download feature.
Transaction details for standard reporting can be filtered using available filters.
Reports can be sent to admins or employees in the organization based on their relevance and specific requirements.
Steps to send Standard Report
i.Open the modal window to send report by clicking “Send Report” button.
ii.Enter recipients’ email addresses.
iii.Choose to send the report to all recipients or select specific ones.
iv.Click on “Send All.”
Note : The reports will be send in .csv format document.
It allow admins to customize the report format and send it according to the chosen reporting cycle.
Admins can create custom reports using provided filters and send them to selected recipients.
The custom report cycle can be initiated based on the specified time duration setting.
i.Open “Custom Reports” page.
ii.Add recipients for the custom reports.
iii.Customize the report format using “Filters.”
iv.Choose the reporting cycle “Duration.”
v.Initiate/update the custom reporting process.
Note: Custom reports can be updated or stopped as needed at any time.

The charts and graphs display transaction statuses, merchants, amounts, and time.
The chart data is divided into two major categories:
•Transaction Details
•Transactions Time Series.
A variety of graphs displaying information related to transactions status categories, merchants, cardholders and their expense amounts.
A variety of graphs displaying information related to transactions, merchants, and time.
Hosts various functionalities including refresh, full screen, view query, table, share, and download.
